As a young child growing up in colonial Singapore; drawing and doodling were my initial tools to visually create a better world. When I got older, I got into interior design; hoping to create compelling and engaging spaces for everyone to enjoy. Though it was an exhilarating and glamorous vocation; I wanted to extend myself more artistically meant I left for Melbourne to pursue a Masters in Fine Art and now have returned to my first love of making art.

My artworks are often borne out of inner contemplations and reflections of the world around me.  They are remembrances of the beauty and wonderment experienced and at other times; it reflects my investigation into the aspect of time and the possibility of multiple realities of these visual experiences;  the object changes as the seer sees what they want to see; the observer effect. Hence whilst some of my works attempts to capture these ‘invisible’ processes or inner nature of everyday objects, yet other works speak of the energy or vibrational imprints of my subjects.

Some of my works are found in private collections in USA, Singapore and Australia. I have also produced illustrations and covers for books/CDs/printed media using my artwork. I also offer art workshops, one on one mentoring sessions and private commission works. Whatsapp me for introductory rates.

Currently, I am run workshops and courses at various locations with 1 on 1 Art classes too. Besides commissioned work, I also offer Portraits for pets and  people; starting at $295. All I need is your favourite photo of yourself or your pet and a quick chat to capture a sense of your personality in the portrait.
